I am Terri Campbell and have lived in the Lexington area for the last 10 years.  I am originally from
Lewisburg, WV.  I have been in the Real Estate field for six years and working side by side with my
husband, William, and our construction business since 1999.  I initially worked with James Wm.
Moore Real Estate and Prudential Commonwealth Realty here in Lexington before deciding to open
my own company this year.  It makes sense to keep it all "in house" to bring the best possible
service to our clients.

Prior to real estate, I was a dental hygienist in WV, VA, and FL for 23 years!  I was involved in the
school systems, general dentistry offices, and periodontal practices.  I truly enjoyed working with my
patients and building trusting relationships with each of them.  I had to stop practicing due to
nagging carpal tunnel and tendinitis issues.  I worked in sales with Ntelos when the company first
came to our area selling and servicing digital phones for individuals and businesses.  I also worked
as an assistant for Chuck Volpe and Marge McMullen when they were initially with Remax Town &
Country.  This introduced me to the Real Estate market and the rest is history.

William and I were married in 1999.  Together we have three children - Chad and Zachary
Saunders and Ashleigh Campbell.  Chad is 21 years old and a senior at the University of South
Carolina majoring in Business Management.  Zachary is 17 years old, and a recent high school
graduate.  He is currently making plans to attend college - possibly Florida Gulf Coast University in
Ft. Myers, Florida.  Asheigh is 11 years old and in the 5th Grade at Wilson Elementary School in
Fishersville, VA.

William is a contractor and pilot.  He flew corporately for 10+ years before solely doing construction.
 He has been involved in the development of Jackson Heights, the Greens, the Pinnacle, and Vista
Villas at Paxton Ridge, to name a few.  He feels strongly about bringing affordable housing to our
area and has been addressing this issue in our projects.  We want to continue bringing affordable
homes, townhomes, and duplexes to the area now and in the future.  It is extremely difficult for
young couples or first time home buyers to purchase their first home.  We want to make this a little
easier for our young people wanting to stay in the area or those moving here.

With our varied interests, we enjoy camping, sailing, flying, traveling and just enjoying our family
times together.  We attend Grace Presbyterian Church in Lexington, VA.  We are members of the
Chamber here in Lexington/Rockbridge County area.
